The most common cause of LUTS is benign<br \/>\nprostatic hyperplasia (BPH). There are certain \u2018red flag\u2019 clinical features<br \/>\nfor which early urological referral is recommended. There are many<br \/>\noptions for medical therapy of men with LUTS and the choice of<br \/>\ndrug should be individualised after a thorough assessment has been<br \/>\nconducted.
